Summary of Enacted Version	Creates a new section of KRS Chapter 210 to define “developmental disabilities,” to state legislative findings for the rights of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and to provide that the Act may be cited as the Frank Huffman Act.
Summary of Original Version	Create new sections of KRS Chapter 210 to define terms; state legislative findings for the rights of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities; establish a cause of action to the Attorney General; permit the Attorney General to institute a civil action; set parameters for Circuit Courts to follow; cite as the Frank Huffman Act.
