Summary Retain original provisions; amend KRS 209.032 to direct the Cabinet for Health and Family Services to promulgate administrative regulations to establish a process of notification by which the cabinet shall notify a vulnerable adult services provider if a prospective or current employee has appealed a substantiated finding of adult abuse, neglect, or exploitation.
