Summary of Original Version	Create a new section of KRS Chapter 210 to require the Cabinet for Health and Family Services to produce and distribute educational materials related to firearm safety, suicide prevention, and conflict resolution; require sellers of firearms, ammunition, components of firearms, components of ammunition, firearms accessories, or any combination thereof to display the educational materials; establish civil penalties for failure to display; require the cabinet to promulgate administrative regulations to enforce display requirements; require money from of civil penalties to be credited to the Kentucky mental health first aid training fund
