Summary of Original Version	Amend KRS 150.022 to require that a Department of Fish and Wildlife Resources Commission member whose reappointment confirmation is declined by the Senate shall vacate his or her seat upon the date of sine die adjournment of the session in which the confirmation was declined.

Summary	Amend KRS 150.730 to restrict the Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife Resources from adopting more stringent requirements for the fencing and holding of captive cervids; amend KRS 150.735 to require that a person holding captive cervids comply with a violation within 14 days; amend KRS 150.740 to prohibit the export of a cervid carcass or wild cervid from a chronic wasting disease surveillance zone, require the Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife Resources to provide geo-coordinates to the Kentucky Department of Agriculture within 48 hours of a chronic wasting disease positive detection, prohibit the export of a captive cervid outside of a captive cervid facility that has a chronic wasting disease positive detection within the facility or of a wild cervid within a 10 mile radius of the facility, set exemptions for a captive cervid facility that adhere to set fencing requirements, exempt a captive cervid carcass in transport to or from a certified diagnostic facility for the purpose of a necropsy examination from the export restriction; amend KRS 257.550 and 257.552 to conform.
