Summary Retain original provisions, with the following exceptions: delete definition for "parts"; prohibit a manufacturer from establishing an unduly burdensome process for submission of repair orders or providing payment; establish that requiring receipts and customer signatures is not unduly burdensome; set forth time frames for manufacturers and distributors to respond to properly submitted dealer claims and conditions under which a manufacturer or distributor are exempt from those time frames; establish procedures by which dealers' labor rates are calculated; make technical corrections.
