Summary of Original Version	Amend KRS 164.7881 to delete retroactively the three year time limit on the extension of eligibility for a Kentucky educational excellence scholarship for service in the United States Armed Forces, United States Public Health Service, Peace Corps, or Americorps; permit extensions based on the number of months served on active duty status; establish that the number of years served on active duty status shall be rounded up to the next higher year.
