Summary of Original Version Create a new section of KRS Chapter 141 to provide a tax credit for individuals who donate live organs in the amount of the lesser of actual expenses or $10,000 and define "live organ donation expenses"; amend KRS 141.0205 to conform; create a new section of KRS Chapter 18A to provide that state employees who donate a live organ be entitled to 30 days paid leave; provide that the provisions of the Act shall be known as "Beth's Bill."
