Summary of Original Version Create a new section of KRS Chapter 189 to allow pregnant women and parents of children under one year of age to receive temporary accessible parking placards; set forth requirements and term of placards; set out procedures for use; allow the Transportation Cabinet to promulgate administrative regulations to carry out the provisions of the section; amend KRS 189.459 to include placards issued under Section 1 of the Act under violation provisions.
