Summary of Original Version Amend KRS 100.111 to provide that in the definition of "subdivision," the existence of a driveway, easement, or other access road in a parcel of land being divided for an agricultural use shall not be construed as being a new street.

Summary Delete former provisions of bill and provide that for divisions of land for agricultural use, the definition of "new street" means a hard surface road as defined in KRS 178.010(1)(c) and is one that is constructed to access to the newly divided parcel.
