Summary of Original Version Amend KRS 15.334 to establish that the enforcement and service of orders of protection shall be a required training subject taught to all students attending a law enforcement basic training course and for all certified peace officers attending a required two-year training course provided by the Justice and Public Safety Cabinet; and provide that the statute shall be known and may be cited as "Cole's Law."
