Summary of Original Version Amend KRS 189.456 to require that the information contained on disabled parking placards is written on a tamper evident sticker that is color coded based upon the year in which the placard expires; amend KRS 189.990 to require that 75% of the fines and costs collected for a violation of KRS 189.459 be forwarded to the personal care assistance program and 25% of the fine collected be returned to the law enforcement agencies in the county where the violation occurred.
