Summary	Retain original provisions; amend to prohibit specified offenders from participating in a county attorney-operated traffic safety program; require county attorneys operating a traffic safety program to report specified data to the Prosecutors Advisory Council on an annual basis; require the Attorney General to provide annual report of data compiled by the Prosecutors Advisory Council related to county attorney-operated traffic safety programs to the Legislative Research Commission; require that a participating offender pay a $25 fee to the circuit clerk to be used for hiring additional deputy clerks and enhancing salaries of deputy clerks.
