| Summary of Original Version | Encourage the General Assembly to examine the impact of brain injury and the benefits of expanded rehabilitation for persons who have suffered traumatic brain injury and to examine the benefits of extending health coverage of Kentuckians to increase the number of days of rehabilitation upon discharge from the hospital; encourage health insurers in all markets in Kentucky and self-insured employers to increase coverage for traumatic brain injury rehabilitation to no less than 60 days; adopt this resolution in honor of Representative Dewayne Bunch. |
