Summary of Original Version | Amend KRS 6C.117 to clarify the source of the minority percentage in the employment requirements for the consolidated local government; amend KRS 67C.119 to change the amount required for a contract to be subject to advertising requirements and contractor prequalification from $10,000 to the small purchase amount in KRS 45A.385, and change the time in which the contract amount is to be measured from calendar year to fiscal year; amend KRS 67C.323 to require that the police chief and the officer receive notice of an appeal from the consolidated local government police force merit board; amend KRS 100.137 to allow a designee of the director of public works for a consolidated local government to be a member of the planning commission; and amend KRS 100.214 to change notice of hearing on a proposed zoning change from 30 days to at least 14 days, and the time in which a petition of property owners may request a hearing date change. |
