| Summary of Original Version | Amend KRS 18A.2254 to prohibit any fund transfers from the public employee health insurance trust fund to the general fund, and direct that as part of the annual premium-setting process any surplus determined to exist in the balance for a prior plan year shall be transferred to the plan year for which premiums are being set so as to reduce the cost of employee premiums in that year to the extent prudently and reasonably possible. |
