Summary Allow the spouse or personal representative of a decedent to expressly waive the protections on making autopsy images or audio public; add requirement that distinguishing physical features be obscured in any autopsy image released; specifty that KRS 72.260 applies regarding fees for copying; delete requirement that petitions for image releases take precedence on the docket.
