Summary of Original Version	Amend KRS 247.232 to define "department"; amend KRS 247.233 to replace the Commissioner of Agriculture with the Department of Agriculture as the entity responsible for monitoring amusement ride regulations and inspections; amend KRS 247.234 to require an owner of an amusement ride or attraction business to register the business with the department; require an amusement ride or attraction to be permitted; require registrants to furnish proof of insurance of not less than $1,000,000; require registrants to provide proof of financial responsibility in the sum of $1,000,000; require an inspection of each amusement ride or attraction; amend KRS 247.236 to authorize the department to promulgate administrative regulations; APPROPRIATION.
