Summary of Original Version Amend KRS 64.185 and 72.415 to require coroners and deputy coroners to attend eight hours of training concerning the grieving process and procedures for providing death notifications; create a new section of KRS Chapter 72 establishing procedures that coroners must follow in providing death notifications; EFFECTIVE, in part, January 1, 2023.
