Summary of Original Version Create a new section of KRS Chapter 161 to establish the Educators Employment Liability Insurance Program to provide excess liability coverage for certified employees of public schools; require the Department of Education to promulgate administrative regulations to implement the program; amend KRS 160.105 to require the Kentucky Board of Education to require a district to provide each certified employee with primary liability insurance; APPROPRIATION.
