Summary of Enacted Version	Amends KRS 342.0011 to expand the definition of “physician” to include physicians with a license to practice in any jurisdiction in the United States; amends KRS 342.033 to define “physician” to include retired physicians previously authorized to practice in the Commonwealth, who surrendered a medical license while in good standing and who are not subject to an ongoing investigation for improper practices; and amends KRS 342.140 to include unemployment benefits in the average weekly wage calculation.
