Summary of Original Version Create a new section of KRS Chapter 367 to prohibit the furnishing of a person's information by a consumer reporting agency to a third party under certain circumstances without the person's consent; provide for enforcement by the Attorney General and a private right of action; establish penalties; authorize the Attorney General to promulgate administrative regulations necessary to effectuate enforcement.
