Summary of Enacted Version Amends KRS 199.896 to change the requirements for when instructional programs for school-age children are exempt from all child-care licensure administrative regulations, and to provide that instructional programs for school-age children that offer recreational, educational, sports training, or vacation programs to children under 18 years of age that a child attends outside the presence of his or her parent or legal guardian, shall be exempt from all child-care licensure administrative regulations if certain criteria are met; EMERGENCY.
