Summary of Original Version | Amends KRS 151B.195 to require the executive director of the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation to establish a preference for in-state providers so long as the preference does not deny an individual a necessary service that may be available outside Kentucky, to promulgate administrative regulations to establish procedures and standards for service fee memoranda and fees for services, and to submit an annual report of the office's activities to the Governor and the Legislative Research Commission that includes a complete operating and financial statement of the office. |
