Summary of Original Version	Create a new section of KRS 100.401 to 100.419 to specify that if a land use development plan or subdivision plan is for a proposed development adjacent to a county not part of the planning unit and the development would have a substantial impact on the infrastructure of that county, then the planning unit shall require as a binding element of the plan application an agreement from the other county approving the plan.
