Summary of Original Version Amend KRS 61.645 to allow the Kentucky Retirement Systems board to promulgate administrative regulation to conduct trustee elections by electronic ballot; retain option to use paper ballot; delete language relating to prior court orders that are now moot. Synchronize the election of the trustees from the County Employees Retirement System during 2021.
