Summary of Original Version Amend KRS 150.010 to define "light geese" and "Light Geese Conservation Order"; amend KRS 150.023 to permit committee meetings at locations throughout the Commonwealth; amend KRS 150.172 to include a kill reporting deadline; amend KRS 150.330 to increase the bag limit and require a current migratory bird/waterfowl permit; amend KRS 150.360 to except light geese from the shotgun shell provisions during light geese conservation order periods; amend KRS 150.600 to delete language concerning duck blinds; amend KRS 150.603 to substitute "current migratory bird/waterfowl" permit for "Kentucky migratory bird" permit; amend KRS 189.910 to add vehicles operated by enforcement officer of the Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife in the list of emergency vehicles; amend KRS 150.095 and 186.675 to conform.
