Summary of Original Version Direct the commissioner of the Department of Fish and Wildlife Resources to coordinate a study on Kentucky's deer population; establish study parameters and set forth those individuals and entities from whom input shall be solicited; provide that findings and recommendations shall be presented to the Interim Joint Committee on Agriculture and Natural Resources by November 30, 2008.
