Summary of Original Version Amend KRS 118.255 to require the Secretary of State or county clerk to refund filing fee if the candidate is redistricted into a new district or a reapportionment or redistricting plan is held to be unconstitutional, after the candidate has paid the filing fee and the redistricting or court order renders any portion of the filing under KRS 118.165 incorrect; make retroactive to November 9, 2011; EMERGENCY.
