Summary Retain original provisions and add requirement for the Secretary of State to provide each county board of elections with a detailed list of permitted tasks for student election assistants before each primary and election, state specific prohibitions; amend KRS 339.230 to exempt student election assistants from the limitations of hours that may be worked in one day and clarify that the exemption will not apply to any other employment situation.
