Summary Amend KRS 134.490 to require notices from third-party purchasers to delinquent taxpayers be sent by certified mail and a copy be sent to each mortgagee who holds a mortgage on the property; amend KRS 134.504 to require the third-party purchaser information provided to taxpayers on the certificate of delinquency notice sent by the Department of Revenue or county attorney be printed in bold and in at least a 12 point font.
