Summary of Enacted Version Creates a new section of KRS Chapter 211 to define “SUDEP,” to update autopsy requirements, to require the Vital Statistics Branch to forward a copy of the death certificate to the North American SUDEP Registry if sudden unexpected death in epilepsy is found to be the cause or the suspected cause of death, and to provide that the Act may be cited as Jami’s Law.
